I love this place. The room was huge by London standards. Everything was clean. We went in winter, so it was very cold, but our room was nice and warm. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice plus. I appreciate the free mini bar. I didn't have to constantly worry about going out to buy bottles of water. It is located right next to a Costa Coffee and in the middle of tons of shops, restaurants and fast food places. Everyday, before we would head up to the room to end our day, we would check out a few of the shops nearby. It was also super easy to get to the tube or busses as there are stops in Piccadilly and at the square. Thank you for a great vacation!

This was our second stay at this hotel. We Stayed for one night with our two daughters to celebrate a 21st Birthday. Great hotel, good location. Easy to check in and out.||Very clean and quiet would highly recommend

A hotel located in the heart of London, with great access to all the main attractions and sights. The hotel itself is great for those visiting any theatre shows in the nearby district. The room is exactly what is needed for someone out and about most days. However: My partner and I are huge gym goers and saw there was a gym at the hotel and so picked it as it was an advertised feature. We were incredibly disappointed by the gym, it should barely be called that. There was a selection of weights up to 10kg (not heavy enough for most gym lovers) and then three cardio machines. I have included photos below for anyone considering to stay here because of the gym facility.

Thistle Hotel is great location to stay close to Lego Store and M&M world. breakfast room is small in size compared to other hotels so make sure you go there early in the morning before it’s too busy. The breakfast is a delightful start to the day. A sumptuous spread of fresh fruits, artisanal pastries, and savory options cater to diverse tastes. Impeccable service and a cozy ambiance enhance the morning dining experience."

This is a mixed review. The location is wonderful and the sleeping area great but it rapidly goes downhill from there. Arrived on Saturday and early evening just wanted some light room service. Phone in room didn’t work. Went to front desk and reported it. Said it would get fixed. I asked about room service: “we don’t do that on weekend”. Would have been nice to know. They provide shower gel but no wash clothes. Again went to front desk because of phone to request some. Three days later still no wash clothes. The bathroom has mold along ceiling and floor. I’m not sure if front desk doesn’t understand requests or just doesn’t care. Like I said great location but …
